Reservation

1. All rates are nett inclusive of prevailing service charge and government taxes.
2. Advance booking can be made to a maximum of 18 months only.
3. Reservation must be made at least one (1) day before date of arrival and guaranteed by an Advance Payment of one nights' stay based on the agreed rate unless separate written credit arrangements have been agreed by both parties.
4. Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email or telephone, the reservation will be held for 14 days during which you are required to pay us a non refundable deposit amounting to 20% of your reservation's total amount.  If deposit is not received within the set limit, the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice.
5. Full payment must be made 30 days before the arrival date, or else booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice.
6. If reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival date, full payment is required.
7. All remittances are to be in Ringgit Malaysia.
8. Bank charges incurred are to be borne by the guest.
9. Remittance slip with reservation reference number must be faxed / emailed / mailed at the time of payment.
10. Upon receipt of proof of payment, the reservation department will issue you a guaranteed reservation confirmation slip.
11. All bookings and guaranteed reservations are not transferable.
12. All accommodation are strictly based on our unit configuration.  Every additional person will incur a surcharge where configuration / availablity allows.

Payment

1. Payments can be made in cash or by major credit cards.  Credit Card Authorisation Form
2. CHEQUES will not be accepted as payment for accommodation unless banked and cleared at least 3 days prior to arrival as a pre-paid deposit.
3. Full settlement of nights booked prior to stay is required.
4. A RM50.00 Security Deposit by cash is required upon check-in.  This Security Deposit is FULLY refundable at the end of your stay if there are no losses or damages to property.
5. Payments by bankdrafts, company cheques and telegraphic transfer are to be made PAYABLE to:

Cancellation, No Show, Shortened Stay, Unused Services and Amendments

1. If a cancellation to a reservation is made, the following cancellation charges will be imposed:
2. 72 Hours and before prior to arrival, an administration fee amounting to 10% of your reservation's total amount Less than 72 Hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee amounting to one (1) night room rate 
3. The guest shall notify Summer Lodge in writing of any cancellation.
4. If your stay is shortened before reaching the number of nights booked, a 50% charge at the rate of one night stay willl be imposed for notice given less than 24 hours from the following day’s Standard Check-out time, 12:00PM.
5. If applicable, fefunds will be made by cheque within 30 days from date of cancellation.
6. In the event of a NO SHOW, NO REFUNDS will be made as the accommodation reserved is considered used.
7. Check in time is at 2.00pm (14:00 Hours).
8. Check out time is at 12.00pm (12:00 Hours).  Should you anticipate arriving later than 8.00pm (20:00 Hours), please call the reception counter at +60 88 244499 to notify them of your arrival time.

Force Majeure Clause

1. Summer Lodge shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned or through or in consequence of war, strikes, riots and Acts of God or conditions beyond the control of Summer Lodge.

Disputes, Actions or Other Matters arrising

1. It is expressly agreed and declared that the proper law of arrangement is the Law of Malaysia in accordance with the laws and procedures of Malaysia under any and all circumstances.

All bookings are subject to the Terms & Conditions above. The Management reserves the right to ammend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
